Giving Ideas
Have you considered a gift of stocks and bonds? You can magnify your support for Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity by giving stocks. With gifts of appreciated stocks and bonds held more than one year, you may avoid tax on capital gains and may be able to claim a charitable deduction for their full market value.

Gifts by will or living trust. A bequest is the most important traditional way to provide important help for worthwhile causes. With a gift through your will or living trust, you retain full use of your gift property during your life.
